Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or using the core Flash platform.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers to facilitate delivery of messages and operation of the Services, but mobile information and SMS consent are not provided to third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate Flash, including with:
- Tattoo artists and clients as necessary to facilitate bookings and communications
- Payment processors and financial service providers
- Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, and other service providers

For example, when a client books an appointment with an artist, we may provide information reasonably necessary for the artist to manage that booking.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Payments
Payments made through Flash may be processed by third-party payment processors. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies.
Flash may receive information about transactions, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, refunds, and related booking information.

Tattoo artists and clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding age requirements for tattoo services.

Flash may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Flash is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy where permitted by law.
